2. I have had to use one of the toilet paper holding devices because of limited arm mobility. Can your bidet offer me a better solution for independent hygiene maintenance?

Under even normal circumstances the use of toilet paper offers less than ideal cleaning. Our H-1 and H-2 models are designed to relieve these issues using the water pressure of your home plumbing system. Wash don't wipe.

3. Do bidets cure hemorrhoids?

Bidet use does not cure hemorrhoids. Bidet use simply provides symptomatic relief by cleansing without the use of abrasive paper products.

4. Does your bidet only fit special toilets? Will we need to tear out our bathroom tile?

5. Will we need to hire a plumber to install your bidet?

6. How do you clean the USABIDET^® ?

You can clean your USABIDET^® with any of the household cleaning solutions that you use on your bathroom brightwork.

7. Does your bidet use hot water?

Our bidet does not use hot water. It may not be beneficial as it causes sensitive tissue to swell with blood supply. It also may promote bacterial growth. The water temperature is generally that of the bathroom walls housing the pipes.

8. What controls the water pressure?

Water pressure is finely regulated at the bidet itself thru either a sink-type valve as in our Model H2 or with a push-button valve on our Model H-1LR. Pressure may be further adjusted at the wall connection.
